In addition to individually disabling passwords, MySafe offers batch-disabling, which allows you to disable multiple passwords all at once. This guide will walk you through it step by step.
Requirements
- One or more active passwords. To add passwords, access How to add a password.
Batch-disable passwords
- On senhasegura, in the upper left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select MySafe.
- In the side menu, select Passwords.
- In the checkboxes column, click the checked checkbox to select all passwords from the list.
- Or locate the passwords you want to disable, and manually check the checkbox of each password.
- In the bottom right corner of the screen, click Disable.
- In the Confirmation pop-up window, you'll view a message similar to the one below:
“Are you sure you want to disable the 2 records selected?“
Click Yes to confirm.
The pop-up message “Password disabled successfully” confirms the action.
To view the passwords, go to MySafe > Passwords. Locate the Enable search filter. Click Yes to view a list with only the active passwords; click No to view only the disabled passwords, and clear the field to view all the passwords.
If needed, you can enable the passwords again, individually or in a batch process.
