How to batch-share passwords

In addition to individual password sharing, MySafe offers batch-sharing, allowing you to share multiple passwords in a single process. This guide will walk you through it step by step.
You must have a password previously added and valid users. To add passwords, read How to add a password.
Batch-sharing passwords
At the senhasegura platform, in the upper left corner, click on the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select MySafe.
On the side menu, select Passwords.
On the list, identify the passwords you want to share.
Select the checkboxes next to the passwords you wish to share.
Go to the footer section of the page.
Click on the Share blue button.
Click Yes to confirm.
In the sharing window, you can search users by name, username, email, user groups, or private groups.
InfoNote that MySafe allows sharing with both User groups and Private groups.
8.1. Select who to share the passwords with.
You can share with one or more users, or with user groups.
9.1. In the same window, the Can view option comes checked by default and allows viewing the information.
9.2. Additionally, choosing Can edit allows editing the information.Click Share.
Wait for the process to complete. You’ll receive a confirmation notice.
According to the permission settings, the selected users and groups now have password access. Click on the key icon to get details about password sharing.
The user's names and the allowed actions - Read or Write - are at the bottom of the password details window.
