This document provides information about the Total users report screen, which displays information about MySafe users for the administrator.
Info
The Users without items report screen, which displays information about users registered in MySafe without added items, shares the same fields as the Total users screen.
Requirements
- MySafe administrator permission.
Path to access
- On Segura, hover over the Products menu in the navigation bar and select MySafe.
- In the side menu, select Global administration > Total users.
Search fields

| ID | Text field | Filters users by their identification code in Segura. |
| Name | Text field | Filters users by their identification name. |
| Username | Dropdown menu | Filters users by their Segura username. |
| Text field | Filters users by their registration email in Segura. |
Report fields
- ID.
- Name.
- Username.
- Email.
- Created in: date and time when the user was added to Segura.
- Last login: date and time when the user last accessed Segura.
- Actions:
- Edit: opens the screen to edit the user's information.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per page. To go to the next page, click the forward button at the end of the report.
