This document provides information about the Incident Logs report.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Settings.
  2. In the side menu, select Logs > Incidents.

Actions Menu

Item Type Description
Actions Dropdown menu Displays the options for Print Report, Export CSV, and Schedule Report.

Search Fields

To view all search fields, click More.

Item Type Description
ID Text Field Filters by the incident code on the server.
Status Text Field Filters according to the incident status on the server. It can be New, Update or Solved.
Message Text Field Filters by the incident message on the server.
Server Text Field Filters by the identification name of the server related to the incident.
Created at Date picker Filters the incident creation according to the selected period.
Changed in Date picker Filters the change of the incident according to the selected period.
Show updates Checkbox Shows the updates on the report in real time.

  • ID.
  • Message.
  • Status.
  • Server.
  • Created at.
  • Changed in.
