Important
The device log is for Network Connector use only.
Segura® stores the activity logs of the devices you have configured for access. You can access, filter, and consult these logs at any time. To do so, follow the steps below:
- On Segura®, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Devices.
- In the side menu, select Settings > Network Connector > Logs.
- The list shows the latest logs for the devices you've registered on the platform.
- To view details of one of the logs, in the Actions column, click Details.
- In the new pop-up window, Network connector log, you'll see the following information:
- ID: code of the action on the platform.
- Type: type of action performed.
- Date/Time: date and time the action was performed.
- Connector address: IP address of the connector.
- Connector port: port of the connector.
- Message: log message.
- Details: details of the action that was performed. Usually accompanied by the output of the request made, with or without error.
