This document provides information about the Products screen, which allows the addition and viewing of device products.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Product Menu and select Devices.
  2. In the side menu, select Settings > Products.

Actions menu

Item Type Description
Add Button Redirects to the Device Product screen.
Actions Dropdown menu Displays the options Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report.

Search fields

Item Type Description
Device type Dropdown menu Filter the product by device type.
Vendor Dropdown menu Filter the product by their vendors.
Product Text field Filters by the product.
Type Dropdown menu Filter by product type.
Status Dropdown menu Filter the products by their activation status. The options are Enabled and Disabled. Clear the field to enable the All option.

Report fields

  • ID.
  • Vendor.
  • Type: type related to the vendor.
  • Product.
  • Type: type related to the product.
  • Status.
  • Actions:
    • Edit: open the Device product form screen.
Info

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.


Device product

This section provides details about the Device Product screen, which enables the addition or modification of settings for selected device products.

Item Type Required Description
Name* Text field Yes Product identification name.
Enabled Radio button No Product activation status. The options are Yes and No.
Type* Dropdown menu Yes Type of product to be registered or edited.
Vendor* Dropdown menu Yes Product vendor.
Icon Upload field No Import file in JPG or PNG format, with a maximum size of 200 KB.
