This document provides information about a step-by-step guide on how to access a RemoteApp on Segura.
Requirements
- Have RemoteApp registered.
- Be a user with the role of system administrator, pam administrator or pam operator.
Access the session
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select PAM Core.
- In the side menu, select Credentials > All credentials.
- From the list of credentials displayed on the screen, choose the credential that will have RemoteApp access.
- On the actions column click on the Actions button.
- Select Edit.
- In the Credential registration screen, click on the Session settings tab.
- In the Remote Application settings section.
- Click on Add so that the box with options is available.
- Choose a macro on the RemoteApp field and a type on the Connectivity field.
- Click Continue.
- On the Review tab click Save
- Back on the home screen, start the session and select the macro that was created.
