How to add a new reason for viewing

In this document, you’ll find a step-by-step guide on how to register reasons used by the user when justifying viewing and accessing a credential.

Requirements

• Be an admin user.

Register reason

1. On senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click on the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select PAM Core.
2. In the side menu, select Settings > Access > Reasons for viewing.
3. In the upper right corner, click the three vertical dots icon and select + New.
4. In the Reasons for viewing window, fill in the required fields.
   1. Name*: name of the reason to be registered.
   2. Enable*: reason status, select from Yes and No.
5. Click Save.

The system displays a message confirming the registration of the reason. The reasons are now available for the user to use in their justification for viewing or accessing a remote session.
