System Parameters - Approval Workflow

This document provides information about the System parameters form screen, which refers to the parametrization of the approval flow of requests in Segura®, on the Approval workflow tab.

Path to access

  1. On Segura®, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Settings.
  2. In the side menu, select System Parameters >Global > Approval Flow
Attention

All fields are set with a default value, as recommended by Segura®. However, you can customize your session according to your needs.


Approval Workflow Tab

PAM Core section

Item Type Required Description
Enable approval for session videos* Toggle button Yes Indicates the need for an approval process for session videos before they are accessed. Default option: No.
Enable approval workflow for bulk changes to credentials and devices* Toggle button Yes Enables the credentials selected on the Segura® screen to be changed at the same time without the need for batch import. Default option: No.

Executions section

Item Type Required Description
Enable approval workflow for execution templates* Toggle button Yes Enables the need for approval to change or create templates in the Executions module. Default option: No.

User management section

Item Type Required Description
Requires approval to change user roles?* Toggle button Yes Enables the need for approval to change a user's roles. Default option: No.

Access policies review and certification section

Item Type Required Description
Enable approval workflow for access policies review and certification* Toggle button Yes Indicates the need for an approval process for the review and certification of the access policy that was created or modified. Default option: No.
Enable approval workflow for users review and certification* Toggle button Yes Indicates the need for an approval process for the review and certification of registered or modified users. Default option: No.
