In this document, you’ll find all the information about the report Reasons, which shows the list of registered reasons for the user to use when requesting to view and access a credential.
Path to access
- On senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select PAM Core.
- In the side menu, select Settings > Access > Reasons for viewing.
Top bar
Item | Description |
---|---|
Show filters | Represented by the magnifying glass icon, it displays or hides the search fields on the screen. |
Update | Represented by the counterclockwise arrow icon, it refreshes the page. |
View actions | Represented by the three vertical dots icon, it shows all the possible actions for the report. |
Print report | Represented by the printer icon, it opens a new page for printing the report. |
Export CSV | Represented by the paper sheet icon, it downloads the report. |
Schedule report | Represented by the clock icon, it opens the Schedule report form. |
Search Fields
Item | Description |
---|---|
ID | Sorting number of registered reasons. |
Name | The name given to the reason. |
Enabled | The status of the reason, could be Yes or No. |
Filter | Action button to search according to the chosen filters. |
Clean | Button to clear the text boxes with the chosen filters. |

- Edit: represented by the pencil and paper icon, opens the Reasons for viewing screen where you can edit the registered reason.
- Delete: represented by the trash can icon, it inactivates a reason record.
If you're looking for a reason that has been deleted or disabled, you can easily find it by selecting No in the Enabled search field and clicking Filter. Once you've located the reason in question, click Edit and you'll be taken to the Reasons screen. From there, you can check the Enabled box and click Save to reactivate the reason, making it available again.
Info
The report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click on the next buttons at the end of the report.
