This document provides information about the Lines of business report screen, which allows you to view, filter, and manage the business lines configured in Segura.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select DevOps Secret Manager.
  2. In the side menu, select Management > Lines of business.

Actions menu

Item Type Description
Add Button Directs to the Add line of business screen.
Actions Dropdown menu Displays the options Print report, Export CSV, and Schedule report.

Search fields

Item Type Description
Id Text field Filters lines of business by their ID.
Name Text field Filters lines of business by name.
Description Text field Filters lines of business by description.
Status Dropdown menu Filters lines of business by their activation status.

    1. Edit: open the Edit line of business screen in order for necessary changes to be made.

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.

Add/Edit line of business screen

This section provides information about the Add line of business and Edit line of business screens, which share the same fields. These sections allow viewing and editing the properties of a business line, enabling changes to its name, activation status, and description as needed to reflect updates in the organizational structure or business categories.

Item Type Required Description
Name* Text field Yes Defines the identifier name of the business line.
Status* Toggle button Yes Enables or disables the business line.
Description Text field No Allows adding detailed information about the purpose and characteristics of the business line.
