This document provides information on the DSM Logs report screen, which allows you to view and filter DevOps Secret Manager audit logs in Segura.

Path to access

  1. In Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Product Menu and select DevOps Secret Manager.
  2. From the side menu, select Audit > Audit tracking.

Actions menu

Item Type Description
Actions Dropdown menu Displays the Print Report, Export CSV, and Schedule Report options.

Search fields

Item Type Description
ID Text field Filters logs by identifier code.
Operation Dropdown menu Filters the logs by the type of operation performed.
Entity Dropdown menu Filters the logs by the type of entity affected.
Entity ID Text field Filters logs by related entity code.
Entity name Text field Filters logs by related entity name.
Origin Text field Filters the logs by the origin of the operation.
User Text field Filters the logs by the identifier of the user who performed the operation.
Username Text field Filters the logs by the identifier of the user who performed the operation.
Execution period Date picker Filters the logs by the execution date and time within the specified period.

Report fields

  • ID.
  • Operation.
  • Entity
  • Entity ID
  • Entity name
  • Origin.
  • User
  • Username
  • IP: user IP address
  • Change: change made.
  • Date/Time: date and time when the change occurred.
  • Actions:
    1. Details: directs to the Audit tracking screen.

Audit tracking screen

This screen is used to analyze in detail the specific changes recorded in the audit system, allowing to visually compare the values before and after the modification. The example shows a status change from "1" (active) to "0" (inactive).

Item Description
- Enabled Indicates that the visualization is showing the change of an active status.
From Displays the value prior to the change, visually represented by a red bar with the value "1".
To Displays the new value after the change, visually represented by a green bar with the value "0".
