This document provides information about the Access by location report screen, which displays accesses based on the location where they were made.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
- In the side menu, select Access to the system > Access by location.

Search Fields
Item | Type | Description |
---|---|---|
ID | Text field | Filters accesses by the identification code within Segura. |
Name | Text field | Filters by the name of the user registered in Segura. |
Username | Text field | Filters by the username used for login. |
Login period | Date picker | Filters by the period of access to be searched. |
Country | Dropdown menu | Filters by the country where the access was made. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Region | Dropdown menu | Filter by the region in the country. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Report Fields
- ID.
- Name.
- Username.
- Country.
- Region.
- Total logins: total number of logins made.
- First Login: date and time of the first login.
- Last login: date and time of the last login.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
