This document provides information about the Audit tracking report screen, which displays the changes users made to entities across Segura® modules. For each operation, you can open the Audit trail details screen to compare the original record with the change. More information about which operations users performed and the role each user held in Audit logs.
Path to access
- On Segura® Platform, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
- In the side menu, select Audit > Audit tracking.

Search fields

| Entity | Dropdown menu | Filters by the assigned registration name of the entity. |

| Entity name | Text field | Filters by the registered entity name. |
| Origin | Text field | Filters by the module used to execute the change. |
| User | Text field | Filters by the name of the user who performed the operation. |
| Username | Text field | Filters by the username used in the operation. |
| Execution period | Date picker | Filters by the period in which operations were performed. |
Report fields
- ID.
- Operation.
- Entity.
- Entity ID.
- Entity name.
- Origin.
- User.
- Username.
- IP: IP address that performed the operation.
- Change: an indicator of whether or not there was a change.
- Date/Time: date and time of the change.
- Actions:
- Details: opens the Audit trail details screen.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
Audit trail details screen

| Origin | Segura® module used to perform the change. |
| Operation | Description of the changes the user made. |
| User | Name and username of the user who performed the operation. |
| Date/Time | Date and time of the operation. |
| IP | IP address of the user's device that performed the change. |
| Entity type | Type of the changed entity. |
| Entity ID | Identification code of the entity. |
| Entity name | The entity's registered name. |
The report's fields will depend on the operation type. This section shows all changes, using the From/To model to show the original record and what changed.
