This document provides information about the Audit tracking report screen, which displays a list of reports from all modules that have had schedules created for data export at regular intervals. For all Segura modules, it’s possible to create a schedule through the action menu on the screen.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
- In the side menu, select Audit > Audit tracking.

Search fields

| User | Text field | Filters by the name of the user who performed the operation. |
| Username | Text field | Filters by the username used in the operation. |
| Execution period | Date picker | Filters by the period in which operations were performed. |
Report fields
- ID.
- Operation.
- Entity.
- Entity ID.
- Entity name.
- Origin.
- User.
- Username.
- IP: IP address that performed the operation.
- Change: an indicator of whether or not there was a change.
- Date/Time: the date and time when the change was made.
- Actions:
- Details: opens the Audit trail details screen.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.

| Operation | Description of changes made by the user. |
| User | Name and username of the user who performed the operation. |
| Date/Time | Date and time the operation was executed. |
| IP | IP address of the user's device that executed the change. |
| Entity | Type of entity that was changed. |
| Entity ID | Entity identification code. |
| Entity name | Name that was registered for the entity. |
The report's fields will depend on the operation type. This section will display all changes, always using the From/To model to indicate the original record and the changes made.
