This document provides information about the Freezing report screen, which displays the list of freezing actions that have been carried out in Segura.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Reports.
- In the side menu, select Emergency panel > Freezing.

Search fields

| ID | Text field | Filters by the identification code of the record within Segura. |
| User | Text field | Filters by the name of the user who performed the freezing. |
| Start | Date picker | Filters by the start period of the freezing. |
| End | Date picker | Filters by the end period of the freezing. |
| Status | Dropdown menu | Filters by the freezing status. The options are Pending, In progress, and Finished. |

- ID.

- Actions:
- Details: opens the Freezing - details screen.
- Devices: opens the Devices - freezing screen.
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
Freezing - details screen
Registration information section
This section provides information about freezing registration data.

| User | Name of the user who performed the freezing. |
| Governance ID | Number of the governance code's identification number. |
| Start date | Date and time of the freezing start. |
| Original due date | Date and time of the original end for the freezing. |
Along with this section, a message with a description about freezing is presented. This message is written at the time of the freezing request.
Cancellation Information Section
This section provides information about the cancellation of the freeze.

| User | Name of the user who performed the cancellation. |
| Governance ID | Number of the governance code's identification number. |
| End date | Date and time of the cancellation. |
Along with this section, we present a message that describes the cancellation of the freezing, which was done before the scheduled time. This message is written at the time of cancellation.
