This document provides information about the dashboard screen Tasks that displays details of all tasks executed by Task Manager in the systems and enables administrators to:

  • View the success and possible errors in task executions.
  • Identify which environments and systems are being used the most.
  • Compare one-time executions with scheduled tasks.
  • Know the most accessed tasks and servers.

Requirements

  • System or Task Manager administrator permission.

Path to access

  1. On Segura®, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Task Manager.
  2. In the side menu, select Dashboards > Tasks.

Date filter

Info

By default, the filter shows data for the last 7 days.

Item Type Description
Date Dropdown menu and date picker Selects the query period. The options are:
- Today.
- Last 24 hours.
- This week: from Monday to Sunday of the current week.
- Last week: from Monday to Sunday of the previous week.
- This month: from the first to the last day of the current month.
- Last month: from the first to the last day of the previous month.
- This year: from the first to the last day of the current year.
- Last year: from the first to the last day of the previous year.
- Custom: date selectors to choose the period.
Filter Button Filters information by the selected period.

Pie charts

Item Description
Executions with Success x Errors Displays the success rate of executions compared to failed executions.
Executions by Environment Displays the number of executions performed in each environment.
Punctual Executions x Scheduled Executions Displays the number of one-time executions compared to scheduled executions.
Executions by Systems Displays the number of executions performed in each system.
