The My requests screen in Task Manager provides a detailed view of all submitted execution requests.
This document provides information about the My requests report, which enables administrators to:
- Track the status of each request.
- View the history of approvals and rejections.
- Have transparency about their execution requests.
Prerequisites
- System or Task Manager administrator permission to add and manage tasks.
Path to access
- On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Task Manager.
- In the side menu, select Access control > My requests.

Search fields

To view all search fields, click More.
Item | Type | Description |
---|---|---|
ID | Text field | Filters requests by their identification code in Segura. |
Operation | Text field | Filters requests by operation execution type, which can be manual or recurring schedule. |
Access policy | Text field | Filters requests by the access policy in which they are registered. |
Requester | Text field | Filters requests by the user who requested the task execution. |
Request date | Date picker | Filters requests by the period in which they were made. |
Status | Dropdown menu | Filters tasks by their status. The options are Pending, Approved, Rejected, Expired, and Cancelled. Clear the field to enable the All option. |
Governance | Text field | Filters requests by the governance code entered at the time of approval request. |
Reason | Text field | Filters requests by the reason chosen at the time of approval request. |
Report fields
- ID.
- Operation.
- Access policy.
- Requester.
- Requested on.
- Status.
- Expiration: date and time the request expires.
- Governance.
- Reason.
- Actions:
- Details: opens the Request details screen.
Info
By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.
