All information in these documents is protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. You are free to download, reproduce, display, and distribute these documents for personal, non-commercial, or educational use only, provided that you do not modify them and that you maintain all copyright and proprietary information.

MT4 shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, as a result of contractual, negligent, or other tort actions resulting from the use of this material, regardless of whether MT4 has or has not given notice of the possibility of such damage.

Software Usage

By installing and using our software, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • You are not permitted to install third-party software inside our product's operating system.
  • Installing any third-party software without Segura's company authorization could interfere with our product's performance and stability, cause the product to malfunction, and is not allowed.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the license if there is a violation of the terms of this agreement.

Segura licenses

The terms and conditions for Segura software licenses are in the sales agreement.

Other licenses

MT4 uses third-party software as components of Segura. All software that is used in the development of our platform is licensed, and the application adheres to all applicable terms and conditions. Below is a list of all the software used – either in part or in full – in one or more Segura modules:
