User Departments

This document provides information about the Departments report screen, which displays details about user departments.

Path to access

  1. On Segura, in the navigation bar, hover over the Products menu and select Settings.
  2. In the side menu, select User management > Departments.

Search Fields

Item Type Description
New Button Directs to the Department screen to create a new department.
Actions Dropdown menu Displays the options Print Report, Export CSV, and Schedule Report.

To view all search fields, click More.

Item Type Description
Name Text field Filters departments by their name within Segura.
Responsible Text field Filters by the name of the user responsible for the department.
Enabled Dropdown menu Filters departments by their activation state in Segura.

Report fields

  • ID: the department identification code within Segura.
  • Name.
  • Responsible.
  • Enabled.
  • Actions:
    • Edit: opens the Department screen in edit mode.
    • Delete: disables the department.

By default, the report displays 30 records per screen. To go to the next screen, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.

Department screen

This section provides information about the Departments screen.

Item Type Required Description
Name Text field Yes Department name.
Status Radio button Yes Department status. The options are Enable and Disable.
Responsible Dropdown menu No Selects the user responsible for the department. Note: the assignee can be added as an approver in the user groups.
