Homepage icons

Show filtersRepresented by the magnifying glass icon. It displays or hides the search fields on the screen.
UpdateRepresented by the counterclockwise arrow icon. It refreshes the page.
View actionsRepresented by the three vertical dots icon. It displays a menu with possible actions for the report.
Add noteRepresented by the plus sign. It opens the Add note page.
Batch importRepresented by the arrow icon. It opens the Batch import note page.
Print reportRepresented by the printer icon. It opens a new page for printing the report.
Export CSVRepresented by the paper sheet icon. It downloads the report.
Schedule reportRepresented by the clock icon. It opens the Schedule report form.

If you click on the question mark symbol present on any page, it will redirect you to you to Documentation website.

Search fields

NameName of the registered note.
TagsKeywords related to the registered note.
SharedThe sharing status, with the options Yes or No. If you click on the Clear button, it displays the All option.
OwnerThe user who added the note.
Last useDate of the last time someone used the note.
untilLimit date to search for notes registered within this period.
EnabledThe notes status, with the options Yes or No. If you click on the Clear button, it displays the All option.
FilterButton to filter the results according to your chosen preferences.
ClearButton to clear all the text boxes with the selected filters.

Report fields

  • Check box: used for batch actions.
  • Name
  • Tags
  • Shared
  • Owner
  • Last use
  • Enabled
  • Action
    • Magnifying glass: the button to open the the window displaying all information about the note.
    • The icon represented by the three vertical dots : the Action button to perform additional tasks such as sharing, editing, and more.

The report only displays 30 lines per page. To move to the next screens, click the forward buttons at the end of the report.

Bottom icons

  • Enable: green button used for batch activation.
  • Disable: red button used for batch deactivation.
  • Share: blue button used for batch sharing.
