How to deactivate a private group

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to deactivate a private group on MySafe.

Requirements

• An added and activated private group. For more information on how to add a private group, access How to add a private group.

Deactivate a group

1. On the senhasegura platform, in the top left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select MySafe.
2. In the side menu, select Access control > Private groups.
3. From the list, locate the group you want to deactivate.
4. In the Action column, click on Edit private group, represented by the pencil and paper icon.
5. On the Private groups screen, click Settings.
6. In the Settings tab, locate the Status* field.
7. Check Disable.
8. Click Save.

After you're done, you won't be able to share anything with the deactivated private group. You can activate it again, if necessary.
