There, you can view a list with all the authorizations for each application created on the Applications screen, add a new authorization, and view and change the details of any given authorization.

Homepage icons

ItemDescription
Show filtersRepresented by the magnifying glass icon, it displays or hides the search fields on the screen.
UpdateRepresented by the counterclockwise arrow icon, it refreshes the page.
View actionsRepresented by the three vertical dots icon, it displays a menu with possible actions for the report.
New applicationRepresented by the plus sign, it opens the Application Configuration form.
Print reportRepresented by the printer icon, it opens a new page for printing the report.
Export CSVRepresented by the paper sheet icon, it downloads the report.
Schedule reportRepresented by the clock icon, it opens the Schedule report form.

Search fields

ItemDescription
ApplicationFilters for all the available applications. Clear the field to view All applications, type the application name, or click the downward arrow to view a list of available applications.
Code. AuthorizationUnique code generated by senhasegura to identify the authorization.
NameThe authorization’s name.
EnvironmentThe environment where the application’s authorization is active.
SystemThe system where the application’s authorization is active.
Creation date/untilTime frame during which the authorization was created.
The downward arrows in the fields open a calendar for choosing the dates.
EnableThe authorization status with the options Yes or No. If you click Clear, it displays the All option.
FilterButton to filter the results according to your chosen preferences.
ClearButton to clear all search fields with the selected filters.

Report fields

  • Code. Authorization.
  • Name.
  • Environment.
  • System.
  • Creation date.
  • PAM resource permission.
  • Enable.
  • Action: in this column, you'll find the following options:
    • New authorization: represented by the plus sign, this button opens the Application Authorization form so you can create a new authorization for the selected application.
    • View: represented by the key icon, this button performs an action on the selected authorization. It opens the Application Authorization window so you can view all the details on the application’s authorization.
    • Change: represented by the paper and pencil icon, it opens the Application Authorization form so you can make changes to the application authorization.
      This button is only available for applications whose authorization key hasn’t expired or been revoked.

The report displays 30 lines per page. To move to the next screen, click the forward button at the end of the report.
