senhasegura offers you the possibility of performing a batch import of Active Directory (AD) groups.
Download the template file
To perform the batch import process, you must first download the template file. To do this, follow the steps below:
- On senhasegura, in the top left corner, click Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select Settings.
- In the side menu, select Authentication > Active Directory > Batch Import.
- In the Batch Import report, in the top right corner, click View Actions, represented by the three vertical dots, and select Import.
- In the Batch Import window, in the bottom right-hand corner, click Template File to download the batch import template file. This file is in
.xlsx
format.
Fill in the template file with the records you want to import and save it.

Upload the template file
- On senhasegura, in the top left corner, click Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select Settings.
- In the side menu, select Authentication > Active Directory > Batch Import.
- In the Batch Import report, in the top right corner, click on View Actions, represented by the three vertical dots, and select Import.
- In the Batch Import window, click on the Choose file button.
- Your system window will open. Then select the import file with your records, which was filled in and downloaded in the previous step.
- Click Import.
Check for import errors
The record of the batch import process will be available in the Import Report, where you can monitor progress and check for possible errors until the process is complete.
