The Recommendations report centralizes all the security recommendations analyzed for the identities registered within your Cloud Service Providers (CSPs). In this article, you’ll find a description of the information contained in the report.
Path to access
To view the recommendations report from all identities:
- Access Cloud Security.
- On the home page, click Access in the Cloud Entitlements area.
- Click Recommendations on the left menu.
Recommendations report
At the top right-bottom of the Recommendations report page, three donut charts offer a visual summary of criticality levels for your CSPs:
- Red chart: presents the total number of recommendations categorized as High criticality.
- Orange chart: presents the total number of recommendations categorized as Medium criticality.
- Yellow chart: presents the total number of recommendations categorized as Low criticality.

Hover over the chart segments to view the distribution of recommendations per CSP provider.
Within the report, you'll find the following information for each recommendation:
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| CSP icon | Displays the CSP icon associated with the recommendation. |
| Recommendation | Specifies the security criterion upon which the recommendation is founded. |
| Criticality | Indicates the criticality level of the recommendation, which can be High, Medium, or Low. |
| Identities | Shows the number of identities that can benefit from the recommendation. |
Use the search bar at the top of the report to locate specific recommendations. Next to the search bar, you'll find filters that allow you to refine the report based on:
- Provider.
- Criticality.

You can combine filters to enhance your search results.
Export as CSV
You can export the recommendations report as a CSV file by clicking the Download icon located to the right of the search bar.
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Download icon | Icon to open the CSV configuration modal. |
| Sort by | Select field to sort the CSV by the following data: Provider, Recommendation, Criticality, Identities. |
| Desc | Select Yes to order the results in descending order. Select No to order in ascending order. |
| Only the following columns | Checkboxes to include or exclude the data from the CSV. |
