How to manage your organization

As an administrator of your organization, you are able to create tenants, add organization administrators, and monitor the multiple tenants within your organization.
In this article, you’ll be guided through the steps of how to:
- Create a tenant.
- Add an organization administrator.
Requirements
Only administrators of the organization can perform the following actions.
How to create a tenant
To create a tenant within an organization, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Cloud Security platform.
- Click on the User menu icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen.
- From the drop-down menu, select Admin Console.
- In Organization settings, click Tenants.
- On the upper right corner of the screen, click the + Add Tenant button.
- Enter a Name for the new tenant.
- Enter the Email of the administrator of the new tenant.
When creating a new tenant, you have the option to designate your own email address as the tenant administrator.
- Choose the Organization language.
- Click the Add button.
After completing these steps, the Tenants report will display the new tenant.
How to add an organization administrator
To add an organization administrator, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Cloud Security platform.
- Click on the User menu icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen.
- From the drop-down menu, select Admin Console.
- In Organization settings, click Administrators.
- On the upper right corner of the screen, click the + Add button.
- Enter the Email of the new administrator.
- Click the Add button.
The Organization Administrator report will show the new administrator.
If needed, you can delete an administrator by clicking on the Remove icon associated with the respective administrator.
