How to manage lines of business

How to register a line of business

1. In senhasegura, in the top left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares icon, and select DevOps Secret Manager.
2. In the side menu, select Settings > Lines of Business.
3. In the toolbar at the top of the list screen, click View Actions, represented by the three vertical dots icon, and select + New from the drop-down menu.
4. In the Lines of Business window, fill in the information:
   1. Name: give a name to your line of business.
   2. Enabled: select whether you want your line of business to be created as active. By default, Yes will be selected.
   3. Description: enter a description for the registered line of business. This description will help you understand what the registered line of business is about.
5. Click Save.

How to change a line of business

1. In senhasegura, in the top left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares icon, and select DevOps Secret Manager.
2. In the side menu, select Settings > Lines of Business.
3. On the business lines list screen, in the Action column, click Change, which is represented by the pencil and paper icon.
4. The Lines of Business window will open in edit mode modify the information according to your needs.
5. Click Save.

How to inactivate a line of business

1. In senhasegura, in the top left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the icon with the nine squares, and select DevOps Secret Manager.
2. In the side menu, select Settings > Lines of business.
3. On the lines of business list screen, in the Action column, click Change, represented by the pencil and paper icon.
4. The Line of Business window will open in edit mode; modify the Enabled field by setting it to No.
5. Click Save.

How to reactivate a line of business

1. In senhasegura, in the top left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares icon, and select DevOps Secret Manager.
2. In the side menu, select Settings > Lines of Business.
3. In the search fields, select No from the Enabled drop-down menu and click on the magnifying glass to filter for inactive business lines.
4. On the line of business list screen, in the Action column, click Change, represented by the pencil and paper icon.
5. The Line of Business window will open in edit mode; modify the Enabled field by setting it to Yes.
6. Click Save.
