How to batch import passwords from LastPass

This article will guide you through a step-by-step process on how to batch import your passwords from LastPass.
Two formats are compatible for batch import:
- Files in .xlsx format, with a specific template provided on the platform.
- Files in .csv and .json format, available in LastPass and Keeper.
Import passwords from LastPass
Batch imports from LastPass into MySafe only works for passwords.
At LastPass platform
- Log in to your LastPass account.
- Select Advanced options at the bottom of the left menu.
- In the Manage your vault section, choose Export.
- Wait for the download to complete.
At senhasegura platform
- Go to the SenhaSegura platform and click on the Grid Menu ⁝⁝⁝ located in the upper left corner. Then, select MySafe from the options.
- Select Batch import.
- In the upper right corner, click on the icon represented by three vertical dots ⁝ to view actions.
- Select +Import.
- Choose the LastPass option.
- Drag and drop the file into the rectangle or click Browse file.
- Click Save to complete the process.
In the Batch Import report on the home page, the Status field will initially be set as Waiting. Refresh the page to track the status.
If the import is successful, the Status field will change to Finished, and you will be able to view your passwords on the Passwords homepage.
If the import is not successful, the Status field will change to Error processing, and your passwords will not be imported. To identify the error, you can review the details on the Process Details screen.
You can also import your passwords from LastPass through the Passwords homepage. In the upper right corner, click on the icon represented by the three vertical dots ⁝ ➔ Batch import.
