Home screen icons
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Show filters | Represented by the magnifying glass icon, it displays or hides the search fields on the screen. |
| Update | Represented by the counterclockwise arrow icon, it refreshes the page. |
| View actions | Represented by the three vertical dots icon, it displays a menu with possible actions for the report. |
| Add note | Represented by the plus sign, it opens the Add note screen. |
| Batch import | Represented by the arrow icon. It opens the Batch import note page. |
| Print report | Represented by the printer icon, it opens a new page for printing the report. |
| Export CSV | Represented by the paper sheet icon, it downloads the report. |
| Schedule report | Represented by the clock icon, it opens the Schedule report screen. |
Search fields
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| ID | Note’s unique identification code. |
| Name | Name of the registered note. |
| Tags | Keywords to help identify the note. |
| Shared | The sharing status of the note, with the options Yes or No. If you click on the Clear button, it displays the All option on the drop-down menu |
| Owner | The user who added the note. |
| Last use/until | Time frame during which the note was last used. |
| Enabled | The note status, with the options Yes or No. If you click on the Clear button, it displays the All option on the drop-down menu. |
| Filter | Button that filters the results according to your chosen preferences. |
| Clear | Button that clears the selected filters. |
Report fields
- Check box: used for batch actions.
- ID.
- Name.
- Tags.
- Shared.
- Owner.
- Last use.
- Enabled.
- Action: in this column, you'll find the following options:
Details: represented by the magnifying glass icon, it opens the Note details screen that shows all the information about the note.
Three vertical dots icon: opens a drop-down menu with the options: Share, Edit, Disable, and Information history.
Info
The report displays 30 lines per page. To move to the next screens, click the forward button at the end of the report.
Bottom icons
- Enable: green button used for batch activation.
- Disable: red button used for batch deactivation.
- Share: blue button used for batch sharing.
