How to batch-disable notes

Batch-disable notes

  1. On senhasegura, in the upper left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select MySafe.
  2. In the side menu, select Notes.
    1. In the checkboxes column, click the checked checkbox to select all notes from the list.
    2. Or locate the notes you want to disable, and manually check the checkbox of each note.
  3. In the bottom right corner of the screen, click Disable.
  4. In the Confirmation pop-up window, you'll view a message similar to the one below:

“Are you sure you want to disable the 2 records selected?“

  1. Click Yes to confirm.
  2. The pop-up message “Note disabled successfully” confirms the action.

To view the passwords, go to MySafe > Notes. Locate the Enable search filter. Click Yes to view a list with only the active notes; click No to view only the disabled notes, and clear the field to view all the notes.

If needed, you can enable the notes again, individually or in a batch process.
