How to activate a private group

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to activate a private group on MySafe.

Requirements

• A deactivated private group. For more information, access How to deactivate a private group.

Activate a group

1. On the senhasegura platform, in the top left corner, click the Grid Menu, identified by the nine squares, and select MySafe.
2. On the side menu, select Access control > Private groups.
3. On the Private groups screen, locate the filter Enable among the search fields.
4. Select No.
5. Click Filter.
6. From the list, locate the group you want to enable.
7. In the Action column, click on Edit private group, identified by the pencil and paper icon.
8. On the Private groups screen, click Settings.
9. In the Settings tab, locate the Status* field.
10. Check Enable.
11. Click Save.

Once you’ve finished, the activated private group will be available for item sharing and will be displayed in the report on the Private groups’ homepage.
