This article will guide you through a step-by-step process on how to batch import your passwords from Keeper.

Two formats are compatible for batch import:
- Files in .xlsx format, with a specific template provided on the platform.
- Files in .csv and .json format, available in LastPass and Keeper.
Import Passwords from Keeper
Info
Batch imports from Keeper into MySafe only work for login type records (login and password).
In the Keeper Platform
- Log in to your Keeper account.
- Click on the arrow with the drop-down menu next to your email in the upper-right corner.
- Click Settings.
- In the new window, click Export on the left side menu.
- In Export file, select JSON.
- Click Export.
- Wait for the download to complete.
At senhasegura platform
- At the senhasegura platform in the upper left corner, click on the Grid Menu ⁝⁝⁝ and select MySafe.
- Select Batch import.
- In the upper right corner, click on the icon represented by the three vertical dots ⁝ (View actions).
- Select +Import.
- Choose the Keeper option.
- Drag and drop the file into the rectangle or click Browse file.
- Click Save.
In the Batch import report on the home page, the Status field will be set as Waiting. Refresh the page to track the status.
If the import is successful, the Status field will change to Finished, and your passwords can be viewed on the Passwords homepage.
If not successful, the Status field will change to Error processing, and your passwords won't be imported. You can identify the error on the Process details screen.
