This document provides a step-by-step guide on how to view the details of an execution request in Task Manager.
Path to access
- On senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select Task Manager.
- In the side menu, select My requests.
Requirements
- A punctual or scheduled execution request registered in Task Manager. For more information, access the Run a task and Schedule a task in the document on How to manage tasks.
To view the details of your task execution requests registered in Task Manager, follow the steps below:
- On senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select Task Manager.
- In the side menu, select My requests.
- From the list, identify the request whose details you want to view or use the filters to search for the desired request.
- In the Action column, click Details, represented by the magnifying glass icon.
- On the Request details screen, view information such as Requester, request type (scheduled or punctual), execution status, ID, Access group, Requested in, Expiration, Approvals, Disapprovals, Approver, Level, Response, Date, Justification, Governance ID, Reason, name of the task, devices and the credential used.

If you’re registered as an approver user in the access group in which this request is registered, you’ll be able to approve or reject it directly on this screen by clicking the Approve or Reject button in the bottom-right corner.
