Icons

ItemDescription
Show filtersRepresented by the magnifying glass icon, it displays or hides the search fields on the screen.
UpdateRepresented by the counterclockwise arrow icon, it refreshes the page.
View actionsRepresented by the three vertical dots icon, it displays a dropdown menu with possible actions for reports.
Print reportRepresented by the printer icon, it opens a new page for printing the report.
Export CSVRepresented by the paper sheet icon, it downloads the report.
Schedule reportRepresented by the clock icon, it opens the Schedule report.

Search fields

ItemDescription
NameUsed to search for the provider by its name.
EnabledUsed to search for the provider by its status in the system. By default, the option All (active and inactive) appears in the search field. It presents a dropdown menu with the options Yes (searches for active providers) and No (searches for inactive providers).
FilterThe button to execute the configured filtering process.
ClearThe button to clear the fields with information.

The system displays the results in a list format, with columns named after the corresponding fields. The list presents additional information not included in the search fields:

  • ID: the provider's identification number in the system.
  • Provider: corresponds to the Name search field.
  • Order: the number represents the provider's position for system use in authenticating users.
  • External authentication: indicates whether the authentication method uses third-party services to verify credentials. Providers marked as Yes redirect the user to an external interface, while those marked as No handle the authentication process internally.

This column features action buttons to perform component-related tasks.

EnableRepresented by the check icon, it activates the provider for use.
DisableRepresented by the trash can icon, it opens a pop-up message to confirm the deactivation of the provider.
EditRepresented by the icon of a pencil and paper, it opens the form to set the provider's order for use.
