Requirements
- In the Settings of the Certificate Manager's access group, enable the fields:
- User can view the passwords certificate
- Part of the password to be viewed
Retrieve the passwords
To retrieve the passwords, follow these steps:
- In the top left corner, click Grid Menu, identified by the nine squares icon, and then select Certificate Manager.
- On the side menu, select Certificates and then Certificates.
- Locate the desired certificate.
- In the corresponding Action column, select Certificate information (the ID card icon).
- In the bottom right corner of the Certificate information page, click Password keystore and Revocation password. Both buttons will open another window.
- Choose how you want to recover the password.
6.1 Select View password, Copy password, or Spell password.
You'll see the entire password or only the specific part, according to the Access group configuration.
