How to view an identity’s information

In this article, you’ll learn how to view general information about your Cloud Service Providers (CSP) identities within the Cloud Entitlements platform.

To consult the specific information that Cloud Entitlements provides for each CSP, please refer to the article Identities general information.

Requirements

• The CSP account must be already connected to Cloud Entitlements.
• The CSP account must be active in Cloud Entitlements.

How to view an identity's information

To view an identity’s information, follow these steps:

1. Go to the left-side menu within Cloud Entitlements.
2. Click Identities.
3. To discover the specific identity for which you wish to examine general information, use the report's search capabilities or filters.
4. Click on the desired identity.
5. Select the General information tab to view the information.

After following these steps, the identity information will be displayed on the screen.
