How to edit your profile

In this article, you’ll find instructions on modifying your Cloud Security profile, including how to:

• Update your profile picture.
• Edit personal information.
• Change your password.
• Customize personal settings.
• Customize the layout of the platform.

How to update your profile picture

To change your profile picture, follow these steps:

1. Click the User menu icon on the top right corner of the screen.
2. From the drop-down menu, select User preferences.
3. Click the Camera icon on your profile picture.
4. Sign in to Gravatar or log in if you already have an account.
5. In your Gravatar Profile page, go to Avatars > Upload image.
6. Select a file and click Open.

Once you set a profile picture within Gravatar, the changes should take effect in the Cloud Security platform within the next few minutes.

How to edit personal information

To edit your personal information, follow these steps:

1. Click the User menu icon on the top right corner of the screen.
2. From the drop-down menu, select User preferences.
3. Scroll down to the My profile section.
4. Enter or update your First and Last Name and add your Phone number.
5. Click Save.

How to change your password

To change your current password, follow these steps:

1. Click the User menu icon on the top right corner of the screen.
2. From the drop-down menu, select User preferences.
3. Scroll down to the Login options section.
4. Click the Change password button. The platform will send an e-mail to the email address associated with your account.
5. Log in to your e-mail account registered in Cloud Security.
6. Search for the e-mail titled Update your account in senhasegura Cloud Security and open it.
7. Click Update account.
8. On the new page, click Click here to proceed.
9. Enter your new password.

10. Confirm your new password.
11. Click Submit to update your new password.

How to customize personal settings

To define your preferences, follow these steps:

1. Click the User menu icon on the top right corner of the screen.
2. From the drop-down menu, select User preferences.
3. Scroll down to the Personal settings section.
4. Choose your preferred Language for the platform.

5. Choose if you wish to use the platform in Dark Mode.

How to customize layout preferences

To customize your toolbar, follow these steps:

1. Click the User menu icon in the top right corner of the screen.
2. From the drop-down menu, select User preferences.
3. Scroll down to the Layout preferences section.
4. Choose if you want to Display the select language option in the toolbar.
5. Choose if you want to Display navigation shortcuts in the toolbar.
6. Choose if you want to Display email below my username.
7. Click the Save preferences button.
8. Refresh the page or access another Cloud Security page to see the changes take place.
