| Credentials | Active credentials registered in the system. |
| Devices | Active devices registered in the system. |
| Users | Active users registered in the system. |
| Secrets | Active secrets registered in the system. |
| Apps web | Number of different Web Applications that have related credentials. In the PAM Core > Credentials > Web report, the different web applications are being counted, regardless of how many related credentials. The objective is to indicate how many sites are being managed by PAM. |
| Desktop applications | Number of registered and active RemoteApps. Can be found in the PAM Core > Settings > Access > RemoteApp report. |
| Views | The number of password views made on the day, month, year, as well as the total number of views from the first one carried out in the past until the present day. |
| Changes | The number of password changes made on the day, month, year, as well as the total number of changes from the first one performed in the past until the present day. |
| Sessions | The number of sessions started on the day, month, year, as well as the total number of changes from the first one performed in the past until the present day. |

Dashboard information is consolidated daily in the morning, considering the information from the previous day. Therefore, new entities registered/deactivated during the day will only be reflected the following day. This is a rule for all dashboards in the application, since they are consolidated data and not in real time.
