Info

Each path determines which type of credential you'll be filtering. By clicking on any of the cards, a pop-up window will open with the credential information segregated according to your chosen report.

At the top of the Credentials window, you’ll find the following icons:

ItemDescription
Show filtersIdentified by the magnifying glass icon, it displays or hides the search fields on the screen.
UpdateIdentified by the counterclockwise arrow icon, it refreshes the page.
View actionsIdentified by the three vertical dots icon, it displays a dropdown menu with possible actions for reports.
Print reportIdentified by the printer icon, it opens a new page for printing the report.
Export CSVIdentified by the paper sheet icon, it downloads the report in CSV format.
Schedule reportIdentified by the clock icon, it opens the Schedule report form.

ItemDescription
IDFilters the credentials according to the identification code in the report.
DevicesFilters the credentials from a device with enrolled credentials.
UsernamesFilters the credentials that belong to the entered username.
Credential TypesFilters the credentials based on their type, which can be: Domain user, Local Administrator, or Local User.
Additional InformationFilters the credentials from possible additional information.
Device typeFilters credentials based on a device type.
ModelFilters the credentials from a model registered during its creation.
VendorFilters the credentials from the selected Vendor.
SiteFilters the credentials from the site.
SituaçãoFilters the credentials based on their situation, which can be Enabled or Disabled.
FilterButton to filter the results according to your preferences.
ClearButton to clear the search fields filled in.

Report fields

  • Creation date: date and time the credential was created.
  • Expiry date: date and time the credential expires.
  • Last change: date and time of the last password change on a credential.
  • Last query: date and time of the last viewing or withdrawal of the credential.
  • Last used: most recent date and time the credential was viewed, withdrawn or used to start a session.
