Request access for complete users

  1. In senhasegura, in the upper left corner, click on Grid Menu, represented by nine squares, and select Domum.
  2. In the sidebar, select Request Access > Third Parties or Internal Users > + New.
  3. In the window that opens, Request Access, in the General step, fill in the information.
    1. Supplier.
    2. User: select the user.

Being a complete type user, the message “This is a complete user, this access will have its permissions according to the user group roles” will be displayed.

  1. Justification: describe a justification for the request.
  2. Reason: select the reason for the request.
  3. Governance code: enter the code if there is one.
  4. Click Next.
  5. In the Access Restriction step, fill in the information for the permission period:
    1. Start*: choose a start date and time for the permission.
    2. Duration*: choose a number and select the type, being Minutes, Hours, Days, or Months.
  6. Click Next.
  7. In the Review step, ensure all the information is correct; if you need to make any changes, click Back until you reach the step that needs modification.
  8. Click Save.

You have completed the access request and a confirmation message will be displayed. Now, the user will be able to use Domum according to the configured permissions.
