In this document, you’ll find detailed information about the Access group report, which displays the list of registered access groups.

Path to access

  1. On senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and then select Domum Remote Access.
  2. In the side menu, select Access control > Limited access group.

Top bar

Item Description
Show filters Represented by the magnifying glass icon, it displays or hides the search fields on the screen.
Update Represented by the counterclockwise arrow icon, it refreshes the page.
View actions Represented by the three vertical dots icon, it displays a drop-down menu with possible actions for the report.
New Represented by the plus sign, it opens the Access group registration screen.
Print report Represented by the printer icon, it opens a new page for printing the report.
Export CSV Represented by the paper sheet icon, it downloads the report.
Schedule report Represented by the clock icon, it opens the Schedule report screen.

Search fields

Item Description
Name Group name.
View Filters the group by the permission to view the password. The field displays a dropdown menu with the options Yes and No.
Approval for viewing Filters the group by the need for approval to view the password. The field displays a dropdown menu with the options Requires approval and No required approval. Clear the field to enable the All option.
Session Filters the group by the permission to start a session. The field displays a dropdown menu with the options Yes and No. Clear the field to enable the All option.
Approval for session Filters the group by the need for approval to start a session. The field displays a dropdown menu with the options Requires approval and No required approval Clear the field to enable the All option.
Enabled Filters the group by activation status. The field displays a dropdown menu with the options Yes and No. Clear the field to enable the All option.

Report fields

  • ID: displays the access group's identification code.
  • Name.
  • Permission: displays the permissions granted to the group.
  • Approval.
  • Active.
  • Action:
    • Edit: represented by the paper and pencil icon, it opens a pop-up window that allows editing the access group's information.
    • Three vertical dots icon: displays the Clone option, represented by the two paper sheets icon, which creates a copy of the access group.
