This article provides details of the third-party user adding form in Domum Remote Access.

Domum Remote Access > Settings > Third-party > View actions > New
Personal Data Tab
The tab contains the following fields:
| Item | Description |

| Vendor* | Mandatory field. It displays a drop-down menu to select the vendor. |
| Name* | Mandatory field. It provides space to register the name of the third-party user. |
| Mobile phone* | Mandatory field. It provides space to register the third-party user's mobile phone number. |
| E-mail* | Mandatory field. It provides space to register the third-party user's email address. |
| Document | Optional field. It provides space to register the third-party user's document. |
| Photo (jpg or png - max 5MB) | Optional field. It displays the "Choose File" button to register the third-party user's image. |
| Status* | Mandatory field. It displays the "Enabled" and "Disabled" options to register the third-party user's activation status. |
