How to deactivate an application

This document provides a step-by-step guide on how to deactivate a previously created application in the A2A module.

Requirements

• A created application. For more information, access the How to create an application documentation.

Deactivate an application

1. On senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select A2A.
2. In the side menu, select Applications.
3. From the list, locate the application you want to deactivate.
4. In the Action column, click the three vertical dots icon and select Change, represented by the paper and pencil icon.
5. In the Application Configuration window, locate the Enable* filter and click No.
6. Click Save.

By default, deactivated applications aren’t displayed in the report on the Applications screen. To view them, follow the steps below:

1. On the Applications screen, locate the Enable* filter.
2. Click No to view only the deactivated applications, or clear the field to view All applications in the report.
3. Click Filter.
