Icons

ItemDescription
Show filtersRepresented by the magnifying glass icon, it displays or hides the search fields on the screen.
UpdateRepresented by the counterclockwise arrow icon, it refreshes the page.
View actionsRepresented by the three vertical dots icon, it displays a dropdown menu with possible actions for approvals.
Print reportRepresented by the printer icon, it opens a new page for printing the report.
Export CSVRepresented by the paper sheet icon, it downloads the report.
Schedule reportRepresented by the clock icon, it opens the Schedule report form.

Search fields

ItemDescription
IDUsed to search for the approval by the event identifier number.
OperationUsed to search for the approval by the desired operation, View certificate passwords, Signing, Renewing, or Publishing the certificate.
Access groupUsed to search for the approval by the user's access group.
RequesterUsed to search for the approval by requester.
Request dateUsed to search for the approval by date of the request. It displays a calendar to select one specific date or to set an initial date and create a time range.
untilUsed to search for the approval by date of the request. It displays a calendar to set a final date and create a time range.
StatusUsed to search for the approval by status. It displays a drop-down menu with the options Pending, Approved, Rejected, Expired, or Cancelled.
GovernanceUsed to search for the approval by the governance code added in the justification.
ReasonUsed to search for the approval by the reason given.
FilterThe button to execute the configured filtering process.
ClearThe button to clear the fields with information.

The system displays the results in a list format, with columns named after the corresponding fields. The list presents additional information not included in the search fields:

  • Validity: it presents the timeframe for the request. After the expiration, the request status changes to 'Expired', and the requester has to repeat the order.

This column features action buttons to perform component-related tasks.
