This article describes the information available on the Request history report. This report displays the history of all certificate publication and signing requests made by users.

Icons

ItemDescription
Show filtersRepresented by the magnifying glass icon, it displays or hides the search fields on the screen.
UpdateRepresented by the counterclockwise arrow icon, it refreshes the page.
View actionsRepresented by the three vertical dots icon, it displays a dropdown menu with possible actions for the item.
Print reportRepresented by the printer icon, it opens a new page for printing the report.
Export CSVRepresented by the paper sheet icon, it downloads the report.
Schedule reportRepresented by the clock icon, it opens the Schedule report form.

Search fields

ItemDescription
IDUsed to search for the request by the event identifier number.
OperationUsed to search for the request by the operation of signing or publishing the certificate.
Access groupUsed to search for the request by the requester's access group.
RequesterUsed to search for the request by the requester's operation.
Request dateUsed to search for the request by date. It displays a calendar to select one specific date or to set an initial date and create a time range.
untilUsed to search for the request by date. It displays a calendar to set a final date and create a time range.
StatusUsed to search for the request by its status. It displays a drop-down menu with the options Pending, Approved, Rejected, Expired, or Canceled.
GovernanceUsed to search for the request by its governance code.
ReasonUsed to search for the request by the reason for requesting the operation.
FilterThe button to execute the configured filtering process.
ClearThe button to clear the fields with information.

The system displays the results in a list format, with columns named after the corresponding fields. The list presents additional information not included in the search fields:

  • Expiration: the expiration date and time of the request.

This column features action buttons to perform component-related tasks.
