The report is helpful for auditors as it enables them to track the progress of an access request. By doing so, they can identify the user who requested access and its details.


Icons

In the upper right corner, you have the following icons:

ItemDescription
Show filtersRepresented by the magnifying glass icon, it displays or hides the search fields on the screen.
UpdateRepresented by the counterclockwise arrow icon, it refreshes the page.
View actionsRepresented by the three vertical dots icon, it displays a dropdown menu with possible actions for A1 certificates.
Print ReportRepresented by the printer icon, it opens a new page for printing the report.
Export CSVRepresented by the paper sheet icon, it downloads the report.
Schedule reportRepresented by the clock icon, it opens the Schedule report form.

Search fields

If you activate the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of the screen, you can access search fields for the reports. Once you have applied the desired filters, the system displays the results in a list format.

IDUsed to search for the history by the identification code in the report.
DateIt displays a calendar to set a start date and create a time range.
untilIt displays a calendar to set a final date and create a time range.
UserUsed to search for the history by a specific user.
Access IDUsed to search for the history access code. For example EXT-23-000036
IPUsed to search for the history by the user's IP address when they performed the action of approving, rejecting, or canceling access.
JustificationUsed to search for the history by the justification given during access.
Governance IDUsed to search for the history by access governance code.
OperationUsed to search for the history by the status of the requested operation: Approved, Rejected or Canceled.
ReasonUsed to search for the history by its reason. It’s possible to filter by default types (Change, Incident, or Remote Work) or reasons registered by the administrator.
FilterButton to execute the configured filtering process.
ClearButton to clear the fields with information.

The displayed list provides additional information that complements the search fields:

  • Magnifying glass icon in the action column: opens a pop-up window with the access request details.
