How to integrate an SMS service

In senhasegura, it's possible to integrate the Zenvia SMS service for sending notifications. This document will guide you through the process of configuring and using the Zenvia SMS service with senhasegura, enabling automated sending of notifications and alerts. This feature is especially valuable for effective real-time information security management.

Requirements

• An active account on the Zenvia platform.

  Configuring system parameters

1. In senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by nine squares, and select Settings.
2. In the side menu, select System Parameters > System Parameters.
3. On the System Configuration screen, select Notifications.
4. On the SMS Configuration section, fill in the fields:
   1. SMS Broker: select Zenvia SMS from the dropdown menu.
   2. Sender: fill in the name of the sender that will appear in the notifications. For example: senhasegura.
   3. User: fill in with the Zenvia platform user.
   4. Password: fill in with the Zenvia platform password.
5. Click Save.
