How to download a file

This article provides a step-by-step guide for downloading any file stored.

Requirements

• An active file. For more information, access the document on How to add a file.

Download a file

1. On senhasegura, in the upper left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select MySafe.
2. In thes side menu, select Files.
3. From the list, locate the file you want to download.
4. In the Action column, click Details, represented by the magnifying glass icon.
   1. In the Details window, view the file details.
5. Click Download.
6. Click Yes to confirm.

The system will save the downloaded file in your computer's default downloads folder.
