How to unshare a file with a MySafe user

This document provides a step-by-step guide on how to unshare a file with a user who has a MySafe account.

Requirements

Unshare a file with a MySafe user

1. On senhasegura, in the upper left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select MySafe.

2. In the side menu, select Files.

3. From the list, locate the file you want to unshare.

   Info

   The chosen file must have the Shared column set to Yes.

4. In the Action column, click the three vertical dots icon to open the drop-down menu and select Share.

5. In the Share window, select Internal, represented by the computer icon.

6. the sharing window, identify the user with whom you want to unshare the file and click the trash can icon.

7. Click Yes to confirm.

8. Click Share.

The message "Shared" confirms the action. Click Close to close the window.

Upon completing the unsharing, the Shared column in the Files screen report will show the status as No.
