How to batch-share files

In addition to individual file sharing, MySafe offers batch-sharing, allowing you to share multiple files in a single process. This guide will walk you through it step by step.

You must have a file previously added and valid users. To add files, read How to add a file.


Batch-sharing files

  1. At the senhasegura platform, in the upper left corner, click on the Grid Menu ⁝⁝⁝ and select MySafe.
  2. Select Files.
  3. On the list, identify the files you want to share.
  4. Select the checkboxes next to the files you wish to share.
  5. Go to the footer section of the page.
  6. Click on the Share blue button.
  7. Click Yes to confirm.
  8. In the sharing window, you can search users by name, username, email, user groups, or private groups.

    Note that MySafe allows sharing with both User groups and Private groups.

  9. Select who to share the files with.
    1. You can share with one or more users, or with user groups.
  10. In the same window, the Can view option comes checked by default and allows viewing the information.
    1. Additionally, choosing Can edit allows others to edit the information.
  11. Click Share.

Wait for the process to complete. You’ll receive a confirmation notice.

Now, selected users and groups can access the files based on the permissions settings. Click on the magnifying glass icon for file-sharing details.

The user's names and the allowed actions - Read or Write - are at the bottom of the file details window.
