Path to access

  1. On senhasegura, in the upper-left corner, click the Grid Menu, represented by the nine squares, and select MySafe.
  2. In the side menu, select Integrations > My apps.

Top bar

ItemDescription
Show filtersRepresented by the magnifying glass icon, it displays or hides the search fields on the screen.
UpdateRepresented by the counterclockwise arrow icon, it refreshes the page.
View actionsRepresented by the three vertical dots icon, it displays a drop-down menu with possible actions for the report.
New keyRepresented by the plus sign, it opens the My apps screen where users can add an application that will connect to MySafe.
Print reportRepresented by the printer icon, it opens a new page for printing the report.
Export CSVRepresented by the paper sheet icon, it downloads the report.
Schedule reportRepresented by the clock icon, it opens the Schedule report screen.

Search fields

ItemDescription
IDField that filters applications by their unique identification code.
NameField that filters applications by their name.
Application typeField that filters applications by their type. Available options are Mobile app and Extension. Clear the field to enable the All option.
DeviceField that filters applications by the device on which they are used.
VersionField that filters applications by their version.
Creation dateField that filters applications by the period in which they were created. Format MM/DD/YYYY. Use this field to enter the start date of the period. The downward arrow opens a calendar.
untilField that filters applications by the period in which they were created. Format MM/DD/YYYY. Use this field to enter the end date of the period. The downward arrow opens a calendar.
Expiration dateField that filters applications by their expiration period. Format MM/DD/YYYY. Use this field to enter the start date of the period. The downward arrow opens a calendar.
untilField that filters applications by their expiration period. Format MM/DD/YYYY. Use this field to enter the end date of the period. The downward arrow opens a calendar.
EnabledField that filters applications by their activation status. Available options are Yes and No. Clear the field to enable the All option.

Report fields

  • ID.
  • Name.
  • Application type.
  • Device.
  • Version.
  • Creation date.
  • Last use.
  • Expiration date.
  • Acton: in this column, you’ll find the following options:
    • Edit: represented by the pencil and paper icon, it opens the My apps screen where you can edit the application's settings.
    • Three vertical dots icon: opens a dropdown menu with the Revoke option, represented by an x icon.
Info

The report displays 30 records per page. To go to the next screen, click the forward button at the end of the report.

Add/Edit application screen

In this section, you’ll find all the information about the New key and Edit screens, which have the same fields.

ItemDescription
Name*Field for entering a name for the application.
Expiration dateFields for entering the expiration date and time of the application's authorization key. Formats MM/DD/YYYY and HH:MM. The downward arrows open a calendar and a list of times.
Eye iconPresent only on the editing application screen, an icon that shows information about who added the application and when, as well as who made the last change and when.
